Using Augmented Reality and 3D animation, this app is designed to help healthcare professionals educate patients on joint bleeds. The animation visualizes and walks a patient through the following stages of joint pathology:
• Acute hemarthrosis
• Chronic synovitis
• Chronic arthropathy
At each stage the animation pauses and offers the patient important information about the bleed, how they can recognize the signs, and what actions they can take, via these on-screen buttons:
• What’s happening?
• What will you feel?
• What should you do?
